Ivoree Jordan
Ivoree Jordan, Senior Vice President, is insurance’s secret weapon — as highlighted in Profile Magazine.
Ivoree became the first Black female business insurance executive at her company, Newfront, to become a Co-Founder & Principal, lead insurance broker for publicly traded organizations, and establish a multi-million dollar revenue client base representing some of the most high-profile organizations in the world. Her core expertise is supporting high-growth tech, fintech, and financial services firms.
Ivoree’s superpower is building long-lasting relationships and being authentic with her clients, enabling candid and strategic conversations that protect their businesses and connect them with world-class teams and resources. She prides herself on working with companies that share her corporate and ethical values. It has been a special opportunity for Ivoree and her team to guide some of the most innovative clients through their Initial Public Offering (IPO) journeys on Wall Street.
In January 2020, Ivoree testified before Congress as a subject matter expert on insurance to support underserved nonprofit organizations. She remains passionate about giving back and supporting causes that help make the world a better place. Ivoree served as a board member and Co-Chair for the Youth Leadership Institute (YLI) for six years. YLI is an organization that promotes social justice and racial equity, particularly in inner-city communities.
Ivoree was recently named one of the Top 25 Agents of 2021 by Insurance Journal — one of only four women and the only Black professional recognized on the list.
She was also named 2022 Woman of the Year by her firm, in recognition of her commitment to clients, colleagues, and community. As an executive in a trillion-dollar industry, Ivoree has leveraged over 20 years of experience to begin her own entrepreneurial journey as Co-Founder of We Have Range, an organization helping professionals accelerate their path to unimaginable success.

Affectionately known as “The Coaching Maverick,” she brings over 25 years of experience as a financial services professional and later as a professional development coach. Her mission is to help individuals unlock their full potential and thrive at the highest level.
As Co-Founder of We Have Range, public speaker, moderator, and coach, Myshell boldly helps people break through limiting beliefs and focus on mindset—the Range—needed for lasting success. Her coaching style is rooted in neuroscience, backed by formal training from the NeuroLeadership Institute as a Certified Brain-Based Coach. She blends science and strategy to guide clients toward transformative growth.
Myshell holds a B.S. in Finance from Hampton University, an Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and a Certification in Credit Risk Analysis. Her credentials reflect her commitment to learning, but her passion for people is what truly sets her apart.
